Proudly Saying That We Are

The Team

Ella Spencer

Founder

Ella Spencer founded Elevate to challenge the way care leavers are supported in the system. She noticed that her clients were facing the same struggles that her peers did 12 years ago and she knew something needed to change

She’s worked as a support officer in semi independent living placements, building trust with young people through honest communication and consistent advocacy. With a strong background in social care and a passion for systemic change, Ella brings both structure and heart to Elevate ; creating a space where those needing support are not just spoken for, but supported to speak and act for themselves.
